Every Box Top label equals 10¢!
The class that submits the most Box Tops each month wins a prize such as a homework pass, extra recess or lunch with the Principal!

To be sure the appropriate class gets credit, please:
- Neatly clip and tape or glue each label to the collection form. No staples please. Click on this link to print the 50 labels form.
- Write your child's name, grade and teacher's name on the back of the form and send it in to school with your child.
